Behavioural changesHarmful behaviour to self and others

Wondering tendency
Irritation without reason
Abusive and assaultive to others. Some time very quiet, depressed,inactive and without any interest in surroundings.
Sleeps for hours or sits without physical movements.

Speech :Very talkative or keeps quiet. Patients talk incoherent, irrelevant which is not acceptable. Example : Someone is trying to kill him or spray a poisonous gas, or mixing poison in his food.

Sensation : All five senses are disturbed . Sensation interpreted differently. Voices of patients is not audible normally. Patient says that enemy is trying to kill him. Patient says that ghost, deadbody is seen by him.

Hallucination : voices from empty places, patient can see something and behaves accordingly or answers to unknown voice or patient abuses or laughs, cry, talk to self without reason.

Memory : Patient forgets very soon. He does not remember place, things,money,watch,umbrella , keys etc.
Intelligence and power of decision:-
1) patient loses power of decisions in various illness. Patient makes
mistake in simple work.
2) Level of Alertness : in some cases due to some injury to brain, awareness is not there like time, place, person.
3) Personal and social changes : patient forgets about his personal needs like hair combing, bath, change of dress etc. Patient is neglecting his personal hygiene. He stays with dirty cloths and b soils bed by excreta.
4) Social : Patient behaves differently with friends and colleagues, abuses, insults or assaults them and behaves indecently in public places.
